I got this recipe off Sharon's Blog. Okay I also got the picture too. Mine didn't turn out as pretty.
I kind of burned the bottom. I was talking on the phone (I know this is hard to believe) and didn't hear the buzzer go off. So the bottom was a little crispy.
But it still tasted super yummy and everyone in my family loved it. Especially with Strawberries. If you want to make it click on Sharon's Blog to get the recipe.
Now I am not the best chef, but I know what tastes good especially when it comes to baking. This deffinetly was more on the baking side. Next time I make it I think I will sprinkle the cream cheese pieces inbetween the bread pieces so they stay nice and gooey. Ours turned out kind of dry---but I also over baked mine and used low fat cream cheese.
But it still tasted amazing regardless
Thanks Sharon for the recipe

That was funny--I saw the pic and thought, wait a sec... Glad you liked it! I forgot to say that I do push the butter and cream cheese into the bread. I'll fix that!
Oh and I use full fat everything, you know that! And a glass baking dish, metal always burns on me.
WOW. WOW. WOW. You weren't kidding about catching up on your blog. I don't even know how to comment! I'll just say this: I may or may not have spent almost an hour reading all this stuff. And I loved it!
that looks so tasty! Too bad I've banished baking for the next few weeks. My house is so hot anyway, I can't heat it up by baking something. HOwever, I will try it after I deliver and things cool down a bit.
That looks so yummy! I have to try it! Breakfast is our favorite meal in the Brinkerhoff household :)
